Prices include VAT where it applies and are shown in your own currency at checkout if you are outside the UK. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. Cancel a tutor subscription any time from the billing portal on your dashboard.

Questions about paying

Does the free tier stop working?: No. One child, every reasoning area, the dashboard and Calm Mode, with no time limit. The family plan buys more children, not the features your child already has.
Is the family plan really one payment?: Yes. £20 once, and the account keeps up to ten children. There is no renewal and nothing to cancel.
What if I am a tutor and a parent?: The tutor plan sits on top of your family account rather than replacing it. Your own children stay where they are and the tutor tools appear alongside them.
How do I cancel the tutor plan?: From the billing portal linked on your dashboard. Cancelling ends the tutor tools at the end of the period you have paid for; pupil accounts and their history are not deleted.
